Under Section 13 of the Act, the utmost amount that a person could also be detained in pursuance of any detention order shall be twelve months (12) from the date of detention. Nothing during this section shall entitle a person against whom a detention order has been made to look by any legal practitioner in any matter connected with the relation to the board; and therefore the proceedings of the consolatory Board and its report, excepting.
